Cecilia is an experienced investment banker with over 20 years industry experience covering Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe regions.  Cecilia  has  extensive  knowledge  in  investment  advisory,  debt  capital  markets,  structured  financing  and  private equity to name a few.

Prior  to  co-founding  Temple,  Cecilia  worked  for  top  companies  such  as  Stanbic  Bank  Ghana,  Standard  Chartered  UK, Morgan Stanley UK, and Goldman Sachs UK. During her career, Cecilia originated, structured, and executed several debt financing transactions for clients in the Sub-Saharan Africa, some of which were awarded Deal of the Year by The Banker (FT) Magazine.

As Managing Director of Temple, she has led Temple to become the leading Debt Capital Markets house and No. 1 Arranger and Bookrunner for Corporate Bonds in Ghana.

Kodjo Hesse brings extensive expertise as an investment banker with a strong quantitative background. With a remarkable career spanning over 20 years, Kodjo has gained invaluable experience in banking, trading, and technology across prominent financial hubs such as the UK, US, Japan, and Ghana.

Prior to co-founding Temple, Kodjo held the position of Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the UK within the Fixed Income Division. There, he played a pivotal role in the foreign exchange exotics options trading business, which boasted an impressive value of over US$2 billion.

Additionally, he has contributed his talents to Structured Credit and Fixed Income Strategies at Citadel Investments Group, one of the largest global hedge funds based in Chicago, Illinois. Kodjo also gained valuable experience during his tenure at Lehman Brothers in Japan

With about nine years of experience in pension fund management, wealth management and client relationship management, Seyram supports the team with client relationships, deal structuring and originating new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Temple, Seyram worked as a Senior Associate at First Atlantic Asset Management and as an Investment Analyst with UMB Investment Holdings. She has an MSc in Industrial Finance & Investment from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. She is also a certified Financial Education Instructor.

Maureen is a Certified Accountant with over six years of experience providing accountancy and business solution services to top-tier local companies in Ghana and related entities of the SEC Ghana. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and holds a Master of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce degree both from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

As Compliance Officer, she ensures that Temple and the investments managed complies with relevant laws and regulations. Maureen also performs audit, accounting, and finance roles at Temple. Before joining Temple, Maureen worked with PFC Auditing Services as an Audit Assistant and an Accounts Officer at the University of Cape Coast.

Jeffrey is a fund management and financial advisory associate with Temple. He is an economic, financial, data, and capital markets analyst by training with over seven years of experience working as an economic and data analyst for the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI); financial analyst for Teleperformance & Verizon Communications in the USA; and in quality assurance at Honda of America Manufacturing, USA.

His most recent roles include working as a team lead in the Corporate Finance & Advisory division of Ghana Growth Fund Company Ltd.

Monica is a seasoned Financial Analyst with an extensive background of more than five years in financial advisory and fund management. Her expertise shines as she takes the lead in conducting daily market analysis and research at Temple Investments. Prior to her tenure at Temple, Monica honed her skills as a Data Analyst within the GCNet Department of GCB Bank. She holds a BSc Honors degree in Statistics, earned from the University of Ghana.

Stephanie is a Financial Analyst with practical knowledge in financial advisory and fund management, having garnered over two years of experience. Her valuable contributions to the team are evident in her adeptness at conducting in-depth research, financial analysis, and exhibiting exemplary project management skills. Prior to joining Temple Investments, Stephanie laid a solid foundation for her career as a Finance Intern at the Ghana Ports and Harbors Authority.

She is also a proud alumnus of the prestigious SEO Africa Career Programme. Stephanie's academic qualifications include a BSc. Honors degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Ghana.
